Job Summary
The Steward – F&B Service is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service. The role involves assisting in restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall guest satisfaction at Della Resorts & Adventure.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
•Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
•Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
•Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen/bar team.
•Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
•Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints promptly.
Operational Duties
•Set up tables, including linens, cutlery, and glassware as per standards.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service.
•Assist in buffet setup and replenishment when required.
•Follow service standards and SOPs consistently.
Hygiene & Safety
•Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
•Ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
•Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
Team Coordination
•Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
•Support fellow team members during peak hours.
•Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
•Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality certification preferred).
•1–2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers with good attitude may be considered).
•Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
