Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, optimization, and management for large-scale luxury township projects at Della Townships. The role demands expertise in setting up ERP systems from scratch, aligning business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across departments such as construction, finance, procurement, sales, and CRM, along with exposure to Salesforce automation.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Strategy
• Lead complete ERP lifecycle: requirement gathering, system selection, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Drive ERP setup from scratch for township and real estate operations
• Define ERP roadmap aligned with business goals and scalability

Process Integration
• Integrate ERP across departments:
• Construction & Project Management
• Procurement & Inventory
• Finance & Accounting
• Sales, CRM & Customer Lifecycle
• Ensure standardization and automation of workflows

Salesforce & Automation
• Work closely with CRM teams to integrate ERP with Salesforce automation systems
• Drive automation of sales processes, lead management, and customer lifecycle tracking
• Ensure seamless data flow between ERP and CRM platforms

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, Salesforce partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Manage implementation partners and ensure timely delivery
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users

Data & Reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, migration, and integrity across systems
• Develop real-time dashboards and MIS reporting for leadership
• Enable data-driven decision-making across projects

System Optimization & Support
• Continuously improve ERP functionalities and performance
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Implement upgrades, customizations, and new modules

Training & Change Management
• Conduct user training sessions across departments
• Drive ERP adoption and manage resistance to change
• Create SOPs, user manuals, and best practices

 


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in ERP implementation and management
• Proven experience in real estate / township / construction industry
• Hands-on experience in setting up ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Experience working with or integrating Salesforce automation platforms

Skills
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes
• Expertise in ERP architecture, integration, and customization
• Knowledge of CRM automation and Salesforce ecosystem
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science • MBA or relevant certification in ERP / Project Management is preferred

Minimum Job Experience:

10–15 years of experience in ERP implementation and management
