Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in design and execution of innovative structures, preferably glamping tents, tensile structures, or lightweight architectural systems. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic excellence aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and analyze structural systems for glamping tents and luxury outdoor structures
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring alignment with design intent and safety norms
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams for seamless project delivery
• Evaluate materials such as steel, fabric membranes, aluminum frameworks, and composites
• Conduct load analysis (wind, seismic, environmental factors) specific to outdoor installations
• Ensure compliance with Indian building codes and safety regulations
• Manage vendors, contractors, and fabrication teams during execution
• Perform site inspections and resolve structural challenges in real time
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising luxury aesthetics

 


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Experience in tensile structures, prefabricated systems, or glamping tents is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, etc.)
• Understanding of fabric structures and lightweight construction techniques
• Ability to work on end-to-end project lifecycle (concept to execution)
• Strong problem-solving and site management skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Lonavala and travel if required

Preferred Skills
• Exposure to luxury hospitality or experiential design projects
• Knowledge of sustainable and modular construction methods
• Experience working with international design standards (added advantage)
• Strong coordination and communication abilities


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Minimum Job Experience:

4–8 years of relevant experience in structural design and execution
