Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager- Projects (Construction) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of township development projects for Della Townships in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil construction, project coordination, and site management for large-scale residential or township projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project progress.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory approvals are obtained on time.
• Prepare and present MIS and progress reports to senior management.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure adherence to design, specifications, and company standards.
• Foster a collaborative work environment between design, execution, and finance teams.

Job Expectations:

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate or township construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
• Should be willing to work from the project site in Pune.
