Job Description: Sr.Mgr MEPF
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Position Summary
We are hiring an accomplished Sr. Mgr - MEPF with strong experience in design coordination, execution, and delivery of MEPF systems for large-scale luxury township projects. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure exceptional quality and performance. A critical aspect of this role is steering the township toward green-certified sustainability standards and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental rating systems applicable to large integrated developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. MEP Design Coordination & Leadership
* Lead the end-to-end coordination of MEPF design with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and specialists.
* Ensure seamless integration of MEPF systems into overall project planning and luxury township standards.
* Optimize MEP designs for performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
2. Execution & On-Site Delivery
* Oversee MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover for residential, commercial and amenity zones within the township.
* Monitor construction quality, adherence to design documents, and alignment with project milestones.
* Implement best practices for safety, quality assurance, and operational readiness.
3. Sustainability & Green Township Certification
* Lead initiatives toward township-level green certification, such as compliance with frameworks like the IGBC Green Townships Rating System which emphasizes sustainable land use planning, resource management, transportation efficiency, and infrastructure sustainability for large developments.
* Collaborate with sustainability consultants to integrate eco-friendly features including energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, renewable energy integration, and resource-efficient infrastructure.
* Track progress against sustainability benchmarks and ensure documentation for certification submission.
4. Project Planning & Control
* Develop and manage MEPF execution schedules, resource planning, and delivery cadence.
* Implement and track KPIs for quality, schedule, budget, safety and sustainability metrics.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
* Manage all MEPF contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve performance targets.
* Review and approve technical submissions, contractor billings, change orders, and material submittals.
6. Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
* Drive strategies to optimize project costs through effective design choices and execution efficiencies.
* Support procurement of equipment and systems while ensuring sustainability and lifecycle performance.
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety codes, and sustainability mandates.
* Establish robust quality control processes, audits, and testing regimes.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
* Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in MEP design coordination and execution for large-scale projects.
* Proven expertise in luxury township, mixed-use developments or integrated communities.
