Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Urban Planner with a strong background in town planning and luxury township development. The ideal candidate should be an Architect-Planner with hands-on experience in designing large-scale, premium developments, and expertise in urban design, regulatory frameworks (including BCPR), and advanced visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead master planning and urban design for large-scale township and luxury real estate projects
•Develop conceptual layouts, zoning plans, land use strategies, and design guidelines
•Ensure compliance with local regulations, BCPR norms, and statutory approvals
•Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, landscape designers, and infrastructure teams
•Prepare and present high-quality design presentations, reports, and client proposals
•Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to communicate design intent
•Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban research
•Drive innovation in sustainable, smart, and luxury urban planning solutions
•Liaise with government authorities and approval bodies where required
•Mentor junior planners and contribute to design excellence within the team

Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Expertise:
•Strong knowledge of Town Planning, Urban Design, and Township Development
•In-depth understanding of BCPR (Building Control & Promotion Regulations) and local development control rules

Proficiency in:
•SketchUp
•V-Ray
•AutoCAD
•3D visualization software
•Adobe InDesign & Presentation tools
•Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Strong design sensibility with a focus on luxury and high-end developments
•Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
•Preferred alumni from premier institutes such as IIT, SPA (School of Planning & Architecture), or CEPT University
•Proven track record in township planning or luxury real estate projects
•Experience working on large-scale integrated developments is highly preferred
•Creative thinker with strong design and analytical skills
•Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
•Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Urban Design
