Job Title: Draftsman – Residential, Commercial & Township Projects
Location: Mumbai (Travel to project sites may be required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and township projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards, and have experience in handling large-scale township projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.
•Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
•Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards.
•Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
•Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
•Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
•Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
•Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
•Knowledge of local development control regulations (DCR) and municipal requirements.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or relevant field.

Minimum Job Experience:

5-10 years of experience in drafting for residential, commercial, and township projects.
