Position: 3D Modeller – Architecture
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented 3D Modeller – Architecture with experience in luxury residential and township developments. The role involves creating highly detailed, photorealistic 3D models that bring architectural concepts to life and support design visualization and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural 3D Modelling
•Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, CAD files, and design concepts
•Model buildings, interiors, landscapes, and township elements with precision
•Ensure adherence to design intent, scale, and proportions
2. Visualization & Rendering
•Create high-quality, photorealistic renders for luxury villas, amenities, and masterplans
•Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings
•Produce still renders and basic walkthroughs for presentations
3. Design Coordination
•Collaborate with architects, planners, and design teams
•Interpret design briefs and suggest improvements in visualization
•Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
4. Software Proficiency
•Work on tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or equivalent
•Optimize models for rendering efficiency and quality
5. Project Delivery
•Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
•Maintain consistency and high standards across all visual outputs

Key Requirements
•Experience working on luxury residential, villa, or township projects
•Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality renders and modeling skills
•Good understanding of lighting, materials, and compositio
Preferred Skills
•Experience in large-scale township or master planning visualization
•Knowledge of animation, walkthroughs, and flythroughs
•Understanding of real estate marketing visuals

Minimum Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

3–6 years of experience in architectural 3D modeling
