Job Summary

Role Overview:
Lead the BIM function for luxury township developments, driving digital transformation and ensuring seamless integration of design, coordination, and execution across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Strategy & Implementation:
Lead end-to-end BIM adoption across projects, establishing standardized processes and ensuring consistent implementation.

Standards & Protocols:
Define and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) across teams and consultants.

Model Management:
Oversee creation, development, and maintenance of BIM models ensuring accuracy and adherence to LOD requirements.

Design Coordination:
Ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and planning teams using BIM platforms.

Clash Detection & Resolution:
Conduct clash detection and proactively resolve design conflicts to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Design Optimization:
Leverage BIM tools to enhance design quality, improve constructability, and optimize project outcomes.

Project Integration:
Integrate BIM with project planning, scheduling, costing, and execution for better decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:
Lead BIM-based design reviews and presentations with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and scale the BIM team while ensuring skill development and performance efficiency.

Quality & Timelines:
Ensure high-quality BIM deliverables are achieved within defined timelines and project standards.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Proven experience in township, luxury residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC and strong BIM workflow knowledge.
• Strong understanding of LOD, BEP, and multidisciplinary coordination processes

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum Job Experience:

10–15+ years of experience with strong expertise in BIM and large-scale developments.
