Role Overview:


The Assistant to the Head Architect will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and technical support in managing day-to-day architectural activities. This role requires strong communication skills, basic architectural software knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting luxury township projects.


Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
Assist the Head Architect in daily scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
2. Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project communication and coordination.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and ensure proper record-keeping of architectural data.
4. Software & Technical Assistance
Support basic architectural tasks using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for coordination and minor updates.
5. Project Tracking
Monitor ongoing project activities, track deadlines, and assist in ensuring timelines are adhered to.
6. Data Management
Organize drawings, files, and project-related information for easy access and efficient workflow.
7. Meeting & Presentation Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and assist in client or internal meetings when required.

 


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Basic knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong coordination ability.
• Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and time management skills.


Preferred Profile
•Candidate from an architectural background will be an added advantage
•Exposure to luxury residential or township projects preferred
•Ability to work closely with senior leadership


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture (preferred).

Minimum Job Experience:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role or architectural support function.
