Job Title: Engineer – MIS & Project Analytics

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer to manage MIS reporting and project analytics for Pan-India township projects. The role involves data consolidation, performance tracking, and coordination with multiple project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Data Management
• Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports for all ongoing projects across India
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports
• Develop dashboards and reporting formats for better project visibility

Project Analytics
• Analyze project data related to timelines, costs, and performance metrics
• Identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement
• Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making

Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with project teams across multiple locations for data collection
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and updates
• Act as a central point for MIS and reporting communication

Monitoring & Control
• Track project progress against planned schedules
• Highlight delays, deviations, and potential risks
• Assist in implementing corrective measures through reporting insights

Job Expectations:

Skills:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Experience working on large-scale or multi-location projects is an advantage

Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera/MS Project is a plus)
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial or related field)

3–6 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or project analytics roles
