Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in township or large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple projects on a Pan-India level, ensuring timely availability of materials and services while optimizing cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement for township and residential projects across India
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for various project requirements
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Coordinate with project, design, and execution teams for material planning and requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
• Track market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to optimize procurement decisions
• Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and cost analysis for management review
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in procurement for township or large-scale real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor networks, and supply chain management
• Experience in handling procurement for multiple projects (Pan-India exposure preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and cost-control abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with luxury or large township developments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
