Job Title: Purchase Manager – (China Markets)
Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with strong exposure to China and international markets to manage end-to-end procurement for Della Luxury Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with global suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage international procurement, especially from China and global markets, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable international vendors and suppliers
• Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas vendors
• Coordinate with suppliers for production timelines, dispatch, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, documentation, and customs processes
• Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to understand procurement requirements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and new sourcing opportunities globally
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure consistent supply chain performance
• Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in China sourcing and global vendor management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in sourcing for luxury or high-end products
• Exposure to vendor markets in Europe, Southeast Asia, or other international regions
• Strong analytical and cost optimization skills

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

Minimum Job Experience:

5–10 years of experience in international procurement, preferably in luxury products, furniture, décor, or related industries
