Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven Senior Interior Designer who excels in translating established luxury design concepts into flawless on-ground execution. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong design understanding with exceptional technical and site expertise, ensuring that every space is delivered in line with the signature design philosophy of Della Group.
Rather than originating design languages, you will be responsible for interpreting, refining, and executing pre-defined design directions with precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Design Interpretation & Development
• Work within the established Della design language, ensuring consistency across all projects
• Translate concept designs, references, and brand guidelines into detailed working drawings and execution packages
• Prepare layouts, detailed joinery drawings, and specifications aligned with approved design intent
• Support design refinement with practical, site-sensitive solutions without deviating from core design direction
Execution & Site Leadership
• Take complete ownership of on-site execution and delivery of interior works
• Ensure the highest standards of finish, detailing, and material application
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve design accuracy
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship
• Resolve technical and site challenges proactively while maintaining design integrity
Technical Coordination

Job Expectations:

• Develop and review GFC drawings, BOQs, and detailed specifications
• Ensure alignment between design drawings and site conditions
• Collaborate with architecture, MEP, and project teams for seamless integration
• Monitor timelines and execution schedules to ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Expertise
• Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• 6–10+ years of experience with strong emphasis on execution and detailing
• Proven ability to handle high-end interior site execution projects
• Strong command over AutoCAD and working drawings (3D knowledge is supportive but not primary)
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and construction detailing
• Strong site coordination and vendor management skills
