Job Title: Security Team Leader

Location: Lonavala / Della Townships
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Team Leader to oversee day-to-day security operations at Della Townships. The candidate should ensure safety, manage access control, and lead the security team efficiently while maintaining a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the security team deployed at the site
* Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors
* Ensure proper gate management and maintain visitor records
* Conduct regular patrols and ensure safety compliance across the premises
* Handle incidents, emergencies, and report the same to management promptly
* Maintain discipline, grooming, and attendance of the security staff
* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
* Ensure all security protocols and procedures are strictly followed

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role
* Ability to speak and understand basic/decent English
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Physically fit and alert with good observation skills
* Well-groomed, disciplined, and presentable
* Basic knowledge of security systems and registers
