As a Front Office Associate, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in room assignments, payment handling, and maintaining guest records.
• Reservations Management: Assist in managing room reservations, ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed. Coordinate with the reservations team to maximize room occupancy.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Billing & Payments: Handle billing processes, manage guest accounts, and ensure that all charges are accurate and settled before departure.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to guest arrivals, departures, and other front desk activities.
• Safety & Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests by adhering to all resort policies and procedures.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Previous experience in luxury resorts or hotels is an advantage.
