Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Fudge Maker to join our culinary and confectionery team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing high-quality handmade fudge and confectionery products while maintaining consistency, creativity, hygiene, and production efficiency. The role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of confectionery techniques, and a commitment to delivering exceptional taste and presentation standards.

 

Key Responsibilities
Production & Preparation


Prepare a variety of fudge products, chocolates, and confectionery items as per standardized recipes.
Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, appearance, and quality of all products.
Operate confectionery equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Monitor cooking temperatures, mixing, cooling, cutting, and packaging processes.

Quality Control
Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, hygiene, and presentation.
Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment of ingredients.
Minimize wastage and maintain cost-effective production practices.

Innovation & Product Development
Assist in developing new fudge flavors and seasonal confectionery products.
Experiment with creative ingredients, packaging, and presentation styles.
Stay updated with confectionery trends and customer preferences.

Operational Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Follow production schedules to meet daily sales and bulk order requirements.
Support festive promotions, gifting projects, and special events.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications

Diploma/Certification in Bakery, Confectionery, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in fudge making, confectionery, chocolate production, or bakery operations.
Experience in hospitality, retail confectionery, or gourmet food production preferred.
