Role Overview
Della Township is seeking a sophisticated, highly articulate, and dynamic Head of Events to lead our luxury event portfolio. As the front face of our events division, you will be responsible for curating, executing, and managing high-profile luxury fashion, lifestyle, and corporate experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable sense of style, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering flawless, ultra-luxury events for an elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Curation
Conceptualize and execute end-to-end luxury fashion shows, high-end lifestyle launches, art curation events, and exclusive social gatherings.
Align event concepts with the premium brand identity of Della Township to elevate its market positioning.
Stay ahead of global luxury trends to introduce innovative event concepts.
2. Client Management & Public Relations (Front Face)
Act as the primary brand ambassador and front face for all major events, interacting seamlessly with HNIs, celebrities, fashion designers, corporate leaders, and media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brand partners, sponsors, and lifestyle influencers.
Pitch bespoke event solutions to high-net-worth clients and luxury brands.
3. Operations & Execution Excellence
Oversee the entire event lifecycle—from initial brief and budgeting to vendor negotiation, production, and post-event analysis.
Manage cross-functional teams, including production crews, hospitality staff, PR agencies, and creative designers.
Ensure absolute perfection in hospitality, aesthetics, and logistics, adhering to strict luxury standards.
Candidate Profile: Experience & Skills
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in event management, specifically focusing on luxury fashion, lifestyle, and premium corporate events.
Prior experience working with luxury event agencies, high-end hospitality brands, premium fashion houses, or luxury real estate townships is highly preferred.
A strong portfolio demonstrating successfully executed large-scale luxury events.
