Role Overview
The Head of PR & Brand Communications will act as the principal custodian of Della Group’s corporate image, its multi-acre luxury townships, experiential hospitality ventures (Della Resorts & Adventure), and the CMD’s personal luxury brand. This is a high-visibility, front-facing leadership role requiring a highly networked professional capable of steering large-scale lifestyle launches, maintaining VVIP/dignitary relations, and positioning the group at the apex of the luxury ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic PR & Media Management
• Formulate and execute the end-to-end PR strategy for Della Group, ensuring maximum positive visibility across national print, electronic, and digital media.
• Leverage an established network of top-tier journalists, luxury lifestyle editors, real estate beats, and media house owners to secure high-impact features.
• Draft, approve, and syndicate compelling press releases, corporate announcements, and thought-leadership articles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for crisis communication and brand reputation management.
2. Brand Communications & Luxury Storytelling
• Translate complex business milestones (e.g., massive integrated township developments, cross-border sourcing, luxury vertical expansion) into captivating brand narratives.
• Maintain complete narrative and visual alignment across all channels—investor pitches, marketing collaterals, digital footprints, and experiential activations.
• Collaborate with the internal creative, social media, and video content teams to maintain a premium, aspirational look and feel.
3. High-Profile Event & Launch Management
• Lead the on-ground PR strategy and execution for mega-launches, investor meets, celebrity brand partnerships, and property events.
• Orchestrate exclusive press conferences, media previews, and influencer experiential tours at various properties (including Mumbai and Lonavala).
4. VVIP, Influencer & Stakeholder Relations
• Nurture and scale strategic partnerships with luxury fashion, lifestyle, and design brands.
• Oversee the end-to-end hospitality protocols, itineraries, and engagement for visiting VVIP guests, international dignitaries, and ultra-high-net-worth investors (UHNIs).
5. CMD Office Alignment
• Act as a critical communication bridge for the Managing Director's office regarding external representation.
• Balance independent luxury brand collaborations for the leadership team alongside group-level corporate mandates.
Required Skills & Competencies
• The Luxury Sensibility: A deeply refined aesthetic sense with an innate understanding of how to market premium real estate, high-end design, and elite hospitality.
• Media Leverage: An active, Rolodex-level network of mainstream media, luxury publishers, and digital influencers, specifically centered in Mumbai and Delhi.

• Crisis Management: High emotional intelligence and exceptional discretion when managing sensitive PR situations or dealing with high-profile personalities.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is a strong plus.
• Experience: 10–15+ years of core experience in PR and brand communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Industry Background: Proven track record within Luxury Real Estate, 5-Star Luxury Hospitality, Premium Lifestyle Brands, or top-tier PR agencies managing elite lifestyle portfolios.
• Location/Travel: Based out of Mumbai, with a willingness to travel to project locations like Lonavala or project launch sites as required.
