Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personalisation Specialist to drive customer engagement through personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel campaign execution across Email and WhatsApp.
This role will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and optimizing customer communication journeys while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end execution of Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design, build, test, and deploy customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies using Data Extensions, Contact Builder, SQL, and customer data sources.
• Create and manage automated lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation programs.
• Build dynamic and personalized customer communications using Content Builder, AMPscript, and SFMC personalization capabilities.
• Manage campaign scheduling, QA, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Execute WhatsApp campaigns through SFMC integrations while ensuring compliance with messaging regulations and consent requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable customer journeys.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, automation failures, and data discrepancies.
• Establish campaign governance standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external platforms such as CRM, CDP, and customer engagement systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong expertise in:

o Email Studio
o Automation Studio
o Content Builder
o Contact Builder
o Data Extensions
o Audience Segmentation
o Campaign Analytics & Reporting
• Proficiency in SQL for segmentation, audience creation, and data management.
• Working knowledge of AMPscript and dynamic content personalization.
• Experience executing promotional and transactional campaigns across Email and WhatsApp channels.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Experience with campaign testing, deliverability monitoring, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
• Experience with SFMC Personalization and customer data platforms.
• Understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience working in eCommerce, FinTech, Retail, Travel, or Consumer-focused businesses.
