Job Description:

Major Responsibilities

1. Deliver a wide range of professional spa therapies, including body massages, body scrubs, facials, and wellness treatments.

2. Provide personalized consultations to guests and recommend suitable spa therapies, wellness programs, and retail products based on their individual needs.

3. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities at all times.

4. Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality while delivering exceptional service throughout the spa experience.

5. Create a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and reflects the premium standards of Della Resorts.

6. Promote and upsell spa treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

7. Maintain accurate treatment records, guest preferences, appointment schedules, and inventory of spa products and supplies.

8. Coordinate effectively with the Spa Manager and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest service and smooth daily operations.

9. Adhere to all company SOPs, safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and luxury hospitality service protocols.

10. Be flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as per operational requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, or a related field.

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, destination spas, or premium wellness centres.
