Job Description:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional wellness treatments and personalized guest experiences. This role focuses on delivering massages, facials, and body therapies with professionalism and care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

• Perform a wide range of professional spa treatments according to established protocols and training standards.

• Ensure all treatments are delivered with care, comfort, and attention to guest well-being.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment rooms and spa facilities.

• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.

• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery when necessary.

• Assist in stock control, product inventory, and preparation of treatment areas.
