About the role
Job Summary: We are looking for a Training Executive with a hospitality background to support employee training, induction, grooming, service standards, and overall skill development across hotel and resort operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
- Deliver training on hospitality standards, guest service, grooming, etiquette, and communication skills.
- Coordinate departmental training sessions with HODs.
- Monitor training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Maintain training calendars, records, MIS, and employee training reports.
- Conduct regular service quality and grooming assessments.
- Support the development of training materials and SOPs.
What we expect
Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality establishments preferred.
