About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage operations across our restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of beverage service, mixology, inventory management, cost control, and team leadership, preferably within luxury hotels or premium hospitality establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily beverage operations across all outlets, bars, and banquet functions.
- Develop and update beverage menus, cocktail lists, mocktails, and wine selections.
- Ensure high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and guest service.
- Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Control beverage costs, minimize wastage, and maintain profitability.
- Train and supervise bartenders, mixologists, and beverage service associates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing regulations, excise laws, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Coordinate with F&B, culinary, purchase, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate beverage consumption records.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Introduce innovative beverage concepts, signature cocktails, and promotional offerings.
