Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused F&B Associate to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests across our restaurants, cafés, and banquet outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and guest service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Ensure proper billing and follow the outlet's service procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety standards and hotel operating procedures.
